Perhaps you’d like a calmer day in the midst of all the physical activities?  Grab a book and nestle on a comfy sofa or pop on your swimsuit and slip into the hot tub to be gently massaged by the water jets. If you fancy a relaxing, sports or hot stone massage we have partnered with Massage Me an experienced team of massage therapists that offer a variety of fantastic treatments right here in the chalet. They offer a tailor made service so you can choose a treatment to suit your needs whether it’s a relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, sports or hot stone massage. Also on offer are head, neck and shoulder massages; reflexology based treatment for aching feet; and the aptly named mega legs treatment focusing on the primary ski muscles relieving tension, rejuvenating tired legs and setting you up for the next day on the slopes. Relaxing activities in the area include tai chi and yoga – we can arrange for private lessons or you can attend a class. Alternatively stroll through the medieval village of Samoëns and browse the shops for traditional produce and stylish mountain artefacts or visit on a Wednesday morning to look around the fabulous market.

If you fancy a day trip why not visit Chamonix where you can take a cable car to Aiguille du Midi and absorb stunning 360° views of Mont Blanc and the French, Swiss and Italian Alps from an altitude of 3,842m. Chamonix is only 45 minutes drive away and we can arrange transport for you. Or perhaps you fancy a trip to Annecy, a beautiful medieval town built around a 14th Century Chateau that is dissected by small canals and streams running out of the lake. Maybe a day trip to Italy appeals – you can enjoy a beautiful spa set in a 1920s building with stunning views of Mont Blanc from the Italian side (only 1 hour 15 min drive away from the chalet).
