At Rêves de Montagne we have a passion for fine food. We want to delight our guests at every meal and to that end each ski season we work with a Professional Chef that shares our passion. We look for chefs that can create and deliver a menu that is inspired, full of flavour, sophisticated and yet unfussy.

Our chef must be professionally trained and qualified with a minimum of four years experience in a restaurant with two rosettes or more, or luxury chalet preferably at head chef level.
